We do not sell personal information.

These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us. We may update or add providers over time as the Services evolve.

5) Data Storage & Security

We store data using reputable providers and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

6) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal and security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where feasible.

Deletion requests

To request deletion, email us at support@oibrigado.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8) Kids & Family Privacy

Some Services may be used by families and children. We are committed to minimizing child data collection and keeping parents/guardians in control.

A. Parent-controlled accounts

• A parent or legal guardian should create and control the primary account.
• Child profiles (if supported) are created and managed by the parent/guardian.

B. Minimal child profile data

We aim to collect only what’s needed for the feature, such as:

• Child nickname/label (e.g., “Kid 1”)
• Age range or grade level (optional)
• Progress/history related to the app (e.g., chores completed, points earned)

C. Data we do not intentionally collect from children

• Child email addresses
• Child phone numbers
• Precise location data for children (unless a specific Service clearly requires it and a parent enables it)
• Targeted advertising identifiers

D. Parental requests: access, correction, deletion

Parents/guardians can request access, correction, or deletion of child profile data by emailing support@oibrigado.com with the subject line “Child Data Request”.

E. If you believe we collected child data improperly

Contact us at support@oibrigado.com and we will take steps to delete the data.

9) International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
