Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
